national rebuilding day

Held on the last Saturday in April, National Rebuilding Day is the annual signature event of Rebuilding Together during which affiliates nationwide carry out projects to celebrate the organization’s mission and to bring attention to the plight of America’s low-income homeowners and the communities in which they live.  It is a culmination of a year of planning, evaluating, training, organizing and mobilizing thousands of community volunteers.

green housing

We believe that home repair and rehabilitation are inherently green.  Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas works to increase the health, safety, and quality of life for homeowners.  Through the repairs we make, homeowners save money on utility bills, thrive in cleaner home environments and are better-able to afford other essential needs.
